Daire Türkiye, is a set of services to help Iranians in Türkiye in different ways:
- Property investment and housing
- Local services directory
- Local guides and information for living in Türkiye
I have three co-founders in this company, which all are living in Türkiye, so they provide in-person services for property and housing investments.
In this company I am in charge of all-things-technical. Including online services and apps.
What is the unique proposition?
We built a complete directory of businesses that are dedicated to, or are ready to provide services to Persian-speaking people.
Many of the Persian people who are living in Türkiye or traveling there, cannot speak Turkish. On the other hand, English is not popular in Türkiye. So, many need to have access to Persian-speaking services. And actually some are very important like doctors, clinics and health-related services.
Now there are hundreds of listings in the directory and expanding.
Locations map (web)
I shipped a dedicated web app for the directory map at daireturkiye.com/locations.
Search Iranian businesses across Türkiye — restaurants, doctors, real estate, services — on a map or in a list. Get directions, call or open details, all in Persian. Same job as the mobile apps, available in the browser without installing anything.
The app
The website was already popular in the community — people use it routinely. The missing piece was convenience on the phone.
We shipped the app on iOS and Android. Map and list browse, search by name or category, directions, call or message a business, bookmarks with personal notes, Google sign-in sync, and a fully Persian UI. Free for users.
That was the goal: make finding Iranian businesses and services in Türkiye as easy as checking your phone — on the web map or in the app.
