I’m Alec Babaei.

I build software and ship products. Most of my work sits at the intersection of product and engineering — figuring out what should exist, then making it real and keeping it running.

I’m a founding partner at Writey, a handwriting education app used by over a million people, and I build Ward, an app for emergency alerts and preparedness. Around that I ship tools like Prompt Studio, plus smaller apps when an idea is useful enough to finish.
